Return & Exchange Window
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any return or exchange requests.
Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be returned in the original packaging, which should not be damaged

All original accessories or tags must be included

A parcel opening video is mandatory and must clearly show the condition of the item upon opening. This will help us process your return/exchange request smoothly and serve as proof in case of damage or missing items.

We only offer exchanges in the following situations:

Include the following in your email:

How and When Will I Get My Refund?
Once your returned package reaches our warehouse and passes the inspection, the refund process will begin.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided all return conditions are met.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

Please provide your bank account details in the Return Request form to avoid delays.
